Each construction project is a complicated system of financial, economic, engineering, technological, and legal tasks that need to be solved at each stage of its lifecycle - from initiation till facility management stage. Traditional approaches to construction management include very low usage of modern information technologies and are more often based on many years of the project stakeholders' experience.
VDC is a modern approach to construction management, which is based on using the BIM as a unified consolidated source of checked and coordinated data. Such actions allow making more weighted management decisions and to increase the productivity indicators of such projects.
