Summer School in Kotor, Montenegro


Students are invited to apply for a weeklong workshop for the Summer School in Montenegro from September 7 - 15 on the subject of ‘Mobility’ lead by KOSMOS Architects and architect and photographer Mikael Stenström.

This year the Summer School is about the issue of 'Mobility' and the topic CROSSING TEMPORARY. Mobility is one of the greatest challenges not only in Montenegro but also in many parts of the world today. Boka Bay in Kotor will be a spot for discussing problems and testing some of the solutions on mobility. Through our workshop, lectures and panels, the aim is to experiment and test new scenarios in the cities of Montenegro to exchallenge interaction and see the position of the city within a different mobility network engaging water transport, sustainable solutions and scenarios that benefit visitors and tourist as much as locals.

The workshop is free of charge for selected participants, including accommodation in Porto Montenegro near Tivat.
